Getting Started

Once you have determined you want to participate in ESI, meet with your supervisor to discuss being recommended for hire through ESI.

Complete the Online Application on this website.

Submit your intent to retire to your supervisor for approval.

Fill out your ASRS retirement paperwork and submit that to the ASRS.

Employer submits a position request to ESI.

ESI works with employer in developing an employment contract.

ESI offers you an employment contract, once accepted HR paperwork must be filled out.

Upon your acceptance of the contract, you begin work as an employee of ESI.
