Connecting Worlds
ESI's International TeachAlliance Program offers international teachers the opportunity to participate in a cultural exchange program in the United States, while learning valuable professional skills, improving English language capability, and learning about the culture and history of the U.S.
ESI invites schools to participate in a rewarding cultural exchange program to hire qualified international educators for your school. Bring the world into your classrooms by hosting an international educator in your school for a one to three-year exchange program, with the possibility to extend to five years.
The International TeachAlliance Program was founded in 2017 by Educational Services, Inc. (ESI). ESI is the leading provider of human resources services for school districts, colleges, and municipalities. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Arizona, ESI started by serving a single Arizona school district, and has now grown to serve over 200 school districts, colleges, cities, and towns.
