Share the Love - Celebrating 25 Years!

February is a month filled with love for Valentine's Day and commemorating Arizona's 112th Birthday! This year, the festivities take on an extra special meaning as ESI celebrates 25 years of serving Arizona.


As part of ESI's 25th Anniversary celebration, we'll be Sharing the Love in a number of different ways. First, we want to highlight our love for our dedicated employees - those in the education and public service space. After all, we couldn't do it without YOU! You are at the heart of our mission.



SubConnect Calendar of Events

What is ESI SubConnect? ESI SubConnect is an opportunity for ESI substitute employees to learn and connect throughout the year.

Build your toolkit: Each Zoom session focuses on a timely topic that will help add to your personal toolkit of subbing expertise. We will focus on topics related to Classroom Management all throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

You make the difference: We benefit from the wide range of expertise of the group, so don’t hesitate to join us!

New to subbing? You are not alone! Over a third of ESI’s sub employees have been subbing for less than a year. Many of our subs come to ESI without prior teaching or subbing experience.  

Join us! The ESI New Educators Cohort is designed to support our subs who have limited or no prior teaching experience. We want you to experience success as a substitute, and make a positive difference in the school you serve.
